Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Company Information

These Terms of Service apply to the website and services offered by Solvexis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered in Sheridan, WY, United States. Contact: hello@solvexis.live.

2. Services

Solvexis LLC provides digital services including advertising management, e-commerce setup and optimization, website development, search engine optimization, social media management, marketing automation, CRM setup, and digital operations consulting. Solvexis LLC does not provide banking, lending, credit repair, investment advice, securities, insurance, money transmission, cryptocurrency, or other regulated financial products or services.

3. Estimates, Scope, and Orders

Package prices listed on this website are starting estimates only. A written proposal, invoice, statement of work, email confirmation, or service agreement will define the actual scope, deliverables, timeline, revision limits, client responsibilities, third-party costs, and payment terms for each project. Work begins only after required written approvals, deposits, platform access, and project materials are received.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, legal rights to all content supplied to Solvexis, timely feedback within agreed review periods, required platform access and credentials, and approvals at each project milestone. Delays caused by late content, missing access, delayed payment, or delayed feedback may change delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Solvexis LLC.

5. Payments and Third-Party Fees

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the written invoice or service agreement. Third-party costs—including hosting, domain registration, paid applications, advertising spend, payment processor fees, marketplace fees, taxes, and premium integrations—are not included in Solvexis LLC fees unless explicitly stated in writing in the project agreement.

6. Delivery and Acceptance

Digital deliverables may include websites, advertising campaigns, configurations, documentation, automation workflows, reports, or consulting outputs. Deliverables are considered accepted when approved by the client in writing, launched for live use, used in production, or not disputed in writing within the review period stated in the project agreement. If no review period is stated, the review period is seven (7) calendar days after delivery notification.

7. Revisions and Changes

Included revisions are limited to the written scope of each project. Requests outside the agreed scope—including new features, major design changes, additional integrations, platform changes, or substantially changed business requirements—may require a new written estimate or a change order at additional cost.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are defined in the written service agreement for each project. As a general policy, completed work, used deliverables, third-party platform fees, urgent or rush work, and custom development time are not refundable unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the written service agreement. Solvexis LLC will not accept chargebacks as a substitute for good-faith dispute resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement, clients receive ownership of final custom deliverables upon receipt of full payment, excluding Solvexis LLC’s pre-existing tools, templates, methods, proprietary systems, libraries, know-how, and third-party licensed assets. Solvexis LLC retains the right to reuse general skills, ideas, workflows, methodologies, and non-confidential know-how developed in the course of providing services.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Many projects rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, app marketplaces, and automation platforms. Solvexis LLC is not responsible for outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, pricing changes, API changes, or service limitations controlled by third parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining their accounts in good standing on all third-party platforms.

11. No Guaranteed Results

Solvexis LLC provides professional digital marketing and technology services but does not guarantee specific sales figures, advertising approval outcomes, search rankings, payment processor approvals, bank approvals, platform approvals, revenue levels, profit, or any specific business outcome. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Solvexis LLC’s control, including market conditions, client products, and third-party platform algorithms.

12. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Solvexis LLC services for unlawful activity, deceptive or misleading advertising, fraud, spam, malware, intellectual property infringement, regulated financial activity without proper authorization, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies. Solvexis LLC reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in prohibited conduct.

13. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public business information of the other party that is disclosed in connection with the services, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or as needed to deliver the services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvexis LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform suspensions, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Solvexis LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that service during the three (3) months immediately before the claim arises, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement between the parties specifies otherwise or applicable consumer law requires a different rule. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Solvexis LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this document was last revised. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
